I received four Arkadiance products complimentary recently and for the month of October, I decided to use only Arkadiance products during my morning and evening skincare routines. Having little knowledge about Arkadiance in particular but lots about skincare and decided to take a shot on the natural and exquisite mix that is Arkadiance

Smoothing Face Cream
A powerful mix of olive, coconut, shea, and essentials oils Arkadiance’s face cream adds a gush of moisture to my face that is not greasy or oily. Leaving my skin fully hydrated before my makeup or going to bed, this plant-based hydrating face cream ensured a silky-smooth finish that tones my skin left it pristine. The main ingredients the make Arkadiance’s face cream distinctly beneficial and different from other creams is its mix of Silk Amino Acids, Alpha Hydroxy Acids, and natural herbal components.

Silk Amino Acids is used as an additive on the skin for its high levels of serine which has excellent moisture preservation trait. The herbal and natural usage of coconut, shea, and olive provide a soothing relief for super sensitive skin. Alpha hydroxy acids are widely used as a topical treatment for extremely dry skin (xerosis).

Healing Facial Tonic
Combines rose, witch hazel, cucumber, aloe, oats, and lavender hydrosol to provide a supertonic to brighten and nourish the face. Most tonics burn or even sting the skin, but Arkadiance tonic didn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all. What’s even better, it did not dry my already dry skin.

Witch Hazel is known to be an anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, astringent, moisturizing component to prevent side effects of sun damage like peeling and flaking.Lavender hydrosol has shown to be a great ingredient to combat Acne because of its anti-inflammatory, skin soothing, antibacterial, and balancing the skin’s sebum which contributes to acne by clogging pores.

Bubbling Facial Cleanser
The richly citrus scented facial cleanser from Arkadiance has had to have been my most favorite product from them by far. (This was a hard choice since I can’t get enough of lavender hydrosol, lol!) Not only is this cleansing wash created with mild natural plantapon stepped in green and white tea to wash away dirt and extra sebum, but it gently removes even the toughest makeup! Waking up to wash my face or coming home to remove my makeup, this product was my go to for the better part of these first two week using Arkadiance products. I felt a morning refresh in the morning and then again before going to bed. It was heavenly!

Surfactants come in different types. Traditionally, we use soap surfactants which tend to use fats to lift dirt and grease off by absorbing water. Natural plantapon, however, is mild surfactant mixture that has good foaming properties and is suggested as the surfactant of choice for natural shampoos, shower gels and bath foams. Natural plantapon is suitable for sulfate-free, EO-free, PEG-free, and paraben-free applications which are ideal for baby care and sensitive skins.

Omega-3 Radiance Capsules
I will admit, it was hard to remember to take this at times. However, when I did take them consistently, I saw a bump in sleep and energy levels. I woke up alert and not groggy. Most mornings I hit the snooze alarm to give me an additional 15 minutes of sleep (Which ends up being an hour..). Having taken the omega-3 capsules, I found myself waking up with ample amounts of energy but completely natural. No jitters. No side effects.

Made out of three different types of European fish oil, the Omega-3 capsules helped improved skin texture, tone, and radiance while increasing permeability of cell membrane in every cell of your body. I am all about skincare, but the science behind natural skincare is extremely fascinating!
