This pink pocket of Italy resembles a cozy 1950s-style bar/eatery offering eco-friendly Italian fare & weekend brunch. The restaurant offers healthy-ish entrees and delicious breakfast style that will dazzle your eyes and belly. The decor is playfully pink and absolutely Instagram friendly. This charming secret in the heart of NYC is a must go to for anyone looking for some great photos for Instagram or a delightful escape from the mundane brunch spots.

The food is quite delicious and on the healthier side. The restaurant caters to those allergic to gluten and dairy. Cocktails are deliciously creative and the ambiance feels as if you’ve time traveled! Be warned that the space is incredibly small so reserving a spot will be impossible. All parties must be present before you can sit down. Sitting is quite cramped and you may end up bumping elbows with your neighboring table. Taking photos can be tricky, but if politely ask you can manage to take some sweet pics to share with friends!

The magic behind this gorgeous spot is its uncanny yet exceptional ambiance of making you feel like your in a pink motif of Madonna’s “Lucky Star.” Or maybe I’m thinking the pink motif to Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas? Regardless, be sure to check out Pietro Nolita located at 74 Elizabeth Street in Manhattan! The restaurant opens at 11am every day, and if you’re looking to snag some space and be comfortable, be sure to arrive for brunch when the resturant opens!
